What a signup means
When you submit the form, you ask Catholic Campfire to contact you about attending or organizing gatherings. It does not reserve a place at an event. Dates and participating venues are still being planned. New signups receive a confirmation email. If you do not confirm, we send one reminder after three days. After that, no further automated reminder is sent.
What we save
We privately store your email, location, chosen interest, any optional information you provide, permission to contact you, and submission time in Cloudflare. If you arrived through a campaign link, we may also save its source and campaign label to understand where signups come from. Signup details are not displayed publicly.
Unfinished forms
Your draft stays in this browser tab, without being submitted to us. If you select “Remember my unfinished form,” the draft is saved on this device for up to seven days. We do not remember your contact-permission checkbox; you must select it again before submitting. Use “Clear draft” to remove a draft.
Return visits
After a successful signup, a status marker may remain on this device for 90 days so we can show that you already signed up. This marker contains the signup interest and date, not your email or other contact details. You can clear it on the signup form.
Anonymous counts
We count form views, form starts, accepted submissions, and new leads to understand completion. These aggregate counts do not contain names, emails, advertising identifiers, or browsing histories. Short-lived hashed request identifiers help limit spam.
Follow-up preferences
Your contact permission is for the gathering interest you selected. You can decline further contact by using the unsubscribe link in your email or replying to a follow-up message. We do not use this signup to enroll you in unrelated marketing.
